La Cantina’s Piedmont-born-and-trained chef prepares 39 different genuine Italian pizzas in an equally bona fide traditional forno a legna (wood-burning oven). At mealtimes, the oven is kept hot at La Cantina, so your gourmet pizza is served faster than a fast-food one, giving you a shorter wait for a far, far better meal.

La Cantina’s versatile, balanced menu features 10 vegetarian, 11 seafood and 18 (18!) meat pizzas. You can also happily work your way through a starter menu filled with gastronomic delights – and pair your meal with wines from some of the finest Italian, Chilean and Argentine vineyards. Pleasant, well-trained staff ensure your La Cantina experience is warm and friendly Tobagonian, spiked with real Italian flavour!
